Testers Management¶
The testers management screen lets you add and remove users to a testers' group, which then can be used when sending push notifications or messages.
Go to MARKETING > TESTERS MANAGEMENT. When creating a push notification or message, clicking on the edit link in step one of the process will also allow you to access it.

Add tester¶
To search, enter the User ID, ADID (IDFA, AAID), or device ID of the device you wish to add as a tester. Click the + (Register) button of the user from the search results.
Note
Search results will only pop up if it is a complete match.
If the same user ID is set across the multiple devices or browsers, all of the devices will be targeted.

How to check the identifier for searching purposes¶

If there are more than one users¶
Sometimes more than one users show up in the results when searched using the ADID (IDFA, AAID). This occurs usually on iOS devices, when apps have been installed more than once.
In these cases, the newest user information is shown at the top, so please select the user at the top.
Can’t find user?¶
Also, if the user ID you want to register does not exist in Repro, an error message We couldn't find any user with 「xxx」.
will be shown.
There are several possible causes when this message is shown, the main causes are as follows.
The process to set up the User ID was incomplete. (when searching using User ID)
The intended User ID was not setup. (when searching using User ID)
When the session data was not uploaded, and there is no record of user info.

Tester Information¶
Information necessary for tester distribution of device information and marketing functions will be displayed. To allow push notifications on testers, the following conditions must be met:
A push token exists
Push Token Availability is available
Push Permission are turned on
There are no specific conditions for message displays.
Push Token¶
Push tokens are necessary to distribute push notifications. For Androids, it is called a Registration ID, and for iOS it is called a Device Token.
Push Token Availability¶
This displays the availability of push tokens. A circle will be displayed when the push token is acquired and available.
Below are cases when push tokens are not available:
When apps are uninstalled
App developers must acquire a certificate of registration prior to sending push notifications. If this is not complete, push tokens are not available.
Note
When trying to perform the below actions when push tokens are not available, there will be a circle next to the section:
Upload the session when the push token is acquired and available.
Upload the session when app is reinstalled and the push token is regenerated.
Push Permission¶
If the push notification is available, there will be a circle displayed.
Note
This will also display push notification availability on the OS side as well. Please be aware that this does not entail the push notification availability an app may have as its own function.
Details page of tester¶
You will be able to transition to the details page by clicking the user ID of the tester. In the details page, you can check the user profile of the tester and the event execution count.

Event Execution Count¶
The total number of daily events that were executed by the tester on a given day will be displayed.

Note
The most you can search at one time is 30 days, 5 events.
You can go back as far as 90 days within the search.
Event property will not be displayed.
The time of execution will not be displayed.
