Where can I check tracked events?¶

Tracked events can be checked in the following two ways.

  • Check if the event is reflected in the event settings screen

  • Verify event execution on a per-user basis using the Audience feature

Check if the event is reflected in the event settings screen¶

You can see a list of events from EVENT > EVENT SETTINGS.

Event Setting

Events that have been tracked at least once will appear in the event settings screen.

Note

  • Events tracked beyond the maximum number of events set will not be reflected.

  • If you wish to use events beyond the limit, please contact our Customer Success team or use the chat support icon in the bottom right corner of the Repro dashboard.

For details on event settings, please refer to Using Event Settings on the support site.

Verify event execution on a per-user basis using the Audience feature¶

By using the Specified ID feature in Audience , you can view the number of times events tracked per user have been executed. Users can be added to specified ID audience using either their user ID or device ID, or by using a QR code.

Note

  • Depending on the app's configuration, it may be difficult for the operations manager to verify the user ID or device ID.

  • We recommend implementing this feature by referencing Registering an user device into a specific audience with the help of a QR code , as it allows you to add users to specified ID audience using QR codes even if you don't know their user ID or device ID.

For details on specified ID audience, please refer to Using specified ID.
