User ID Export¶

This feature lets you export User ID list of audience in CSV format. Exported data can be connect information with offline data for seamless communication, communicate with users on different channels by importing into LINE, chat tools, etc.

Get Started¶

User ID Export is an optional feature. If you wish to use it, please contact us through the live chat on the bottom right of the screen or the sales representative in charge of your account.

Output Specification¶

User ID Export can execute from Audience details.

From the side menu, click [MARKETING]> [AUDIENCE].

From the Audience List screen, select the audience you wish to export.

Click the START EXPORTING button from the Audience Details.

When the 'START EXPORTING' button is pressed, an indicator will appear to show that processing is in progress. When the export is complete, the status and last output datetime will be automatically updated. After the export is complete, 4 links to download the CSV will appear at the bottom of the page, and you can click on it to download the CSV.

Note

If you have started exporting and the status is exporting, the 'START EXPORTING' button will be disabled and cannot be pressed. Please wait for the download link to appear.
It takes about 5~15 minutes to export depending on the size of the number of users in the audience.
The download link of the output CSV will be deleted after 3 days and cannot be downloaded anymore. You can download the file by running the User ID export again.
If you are unable to download the file after clicking the download link, please reload the screen and try again.
The number of CSV files to be output is fixed at four regardless of the number of users, but this may change in the future.
There is no limit to the number of user IDs that can be output to a single CSV file.
The number of Target Users in the audience may not match the total of the CSV output data because it includes users for whom user IDs have not been set.
When you export an audience immediately after creating or editing it, the exported CSV may contain incomplete data, which can result in a mismatch between the number of Target Users displayed and the CSV output. To avoid this, please wait for a while after creating or editing an audience before performing the export. It may take up to an hour for the data to be fully reflected.

CSV Format¶

CSV should contain the below content without any headers.Only the user ID will be output.
