User Profile Settings¶
User Profile Settings is a feature that allows you to manage the User Profiles registered in Repro. You can add descriptions to existing User Profiles and toggle their availability.
Usage¶
User Profile Settings is available to all customers using Repro. From the left menu of the dashboard, go to [User Profile] > [User Profile Settings].
User Profile Settings¶
This section explains the definitions of each item displayed on the User Profile Settings screen and how to modify them.
Definition of each field¶
Item name |
Description |
|---|---|
User Profile |
The name of the registered User Profile. |
Data types |
The data types of the registered User Profile. Displays one of the available data types: 'String', 'Integer', 'Decimal', or 'Date'. |
User Profile Description |
You can enter a detailed description of the User Profile. Providing details such as an overview, update timing, the definition of applicable users, notes, and cautions makes it easier to understand how the User Profile is used. |
| (On/Off) | Select whether to enable or disable the User Profile. When turned On, the User Profile becomes available for use in analytics and marketing features. |
Note
User Profiles that are automatically set by the Repro SDK are also displayed in the User Profile Settings. The default User Profiles set by the SDK are as follows:
Last Session Date
Locale
Timezone
Editing User Profiles¶
Only two items can be modified on the User Profile Settings screen: the 'User Profile Description' and the 'On/Off' toggle. The User Profile name and data type cannot be changed or deleted.
Click the [Save] button at the bottom of the screen to apply your changes.
Number of active User Profiles¶
The number of active User Profiles is displayed in the top-right corner of the screen as [Used Count / Maximum Allowed Count].
In this example, 30 out of 50 available slots are in use. Only User Profiles that are set to On are counted toward the usage total.
The state of newly registered User Profiles depends on the current usage limit as follows:
If the number of used profiles is below the maximum limit, newly registered User Profiles are displayed as On by default.
If the number of used profiles has reached or exceeded the maximum limit, newly registered User Profiles are displayed as Off.
Note
If you wish to use more User Profiles than the maximum allowed, please contact your Customer Success representative or reach out to our chat support via the icon at the bottom-right corner of the Repro dashboard.
