Audience Import(β)¶
By outputting segmented user lists such as TreasureData and Spin App (DMP), as well as Domo and Tableau (BI tool) to the designated S3 path, it will allow you to set the delivery target within push notifications and in-app messages.
Get Started¶
The audience import function is an optional function. Please contact us either through our chat on the bottom right corner, our sales representative, or customer success manager if you wish to utilize the optional function.
File Specs¶
Below is an example CSV created using UTF-8 text coding of single user ID’s in one row. The maximum file size is 500 MB - this equates to about 16 million user ID’s with a fixed length of 30 single-byte alphanumeric characters.

:
File suffix is .csv and the file names will be used as the audience name.
Note
Only users registered with Repro can be used. If unregistered users are included in the user list, they will not be counted as part of the target users.
Users eligible for delivery of campaigns using audiences will use files that have been imported at the time the campaign is delivered.
Import frequency¶
Audience import occurs once every ten minutes. Imported audience will be handled as displayed on the screen. If a file has been updated with the same file name as before, the relative audience will be updated.
Note
Audiences will not be created beyond the audience limits set for each project
If for some reason there is a failure in creating or updating audiences, an email notification will be sent to the project administrator.
If you wish to delete audiences created with Audience Import (β), delete the imported audiences in the dashboard and also delete the files uploaded to S3.
If you delete an imported audience in the dashboard, you will not be able to create an audience with a file of the same name.
If the import audiences are not deleted from the dashboard and only the files are deleted from S3, the campaign will be delivered to the last user ID retrieved.
