What is Google Authentication

You will be able to create a Repro account using your regular Google account and log in to the management screen.The ability to use Google Login provides the following value

• Operational efficiency

  • By linking your Repro account with your Google account, you can use the Google account you normally use.So you don't need to enter your account information every time.

• Lower security risk due to leakage of authentication information

  • The system can be used without passing authentication information to the service provider (Repro), so even if a third party leaks your ID or password, you will not be affected by the information leakage.

  • By using only Google accounts for IDs and passwords, you can prevent reuse of passwords and weak password management that can lead to leaks.

Note

• About managing your Google account

  If your Google account is linked to a Google account and the Google account information is compromised, you will be able to use that Google account to gain unauthorized access to the Repro management screen.If you have detected unauthorized access to your Google account, please contact our support staff immediately.

Create a new Repro account with your Google account

1. On the login screen, click on "CREATE ONE NOW" to display the account creation screen.

2. From the account creation screen, press the "Sign up with Google Account" button. At this time, please check the "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" checkbox.

3. If your browser is linked to more than one Google account, the Google account selection screen will appear.

4. If the Google account you selected is available, the account registration screen will be displayed. Enter a project name and press the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button.

Note

If the Google account you have selected is already in use, you will not be able to register for an account using that Google account. If you are not sure, please contact our support staff.

Invited members create a Repro account with their Google account

1. When you first apply to use Repro Web, you will receive an invitation email to the email address you provided.Click the "Accept invitation" link in the email to display the account registration screen.

2. If your browser is linked to more than one Google account, the Google account selection screen will appear.

3. If the selected Google account is available, the account registration screen will be displayed. Enter a project name and press the "Register Account" button. You will be taken to the dashboard screen.

4. If the Google account you have selected is already in use, you will not be able to register for an account using that Google account. If you are not sure, please contact our support staff.

Log in using your Google account

1. On the login screen, press the "Sign in with Google" button.

2. If your browser is linked to more than one Google account, the Google account selection screen will appear.

3. If there is a Repro account linked to the selected Google account, you will be redirected to the Dashboard screen.

4. If the Repro account linked to the selected Google account does not exist, the login screen will display an error message and login will fail.

Unlink your Google account

1. Open the account settings screen and click the "UNLINK" button.

Note

If you created a Repro account from a Google account, the password for the Repro account is not yet set. If the password is not set, you cannot cancel the Google integration. If you want to cancel the Google integration, please set the password for your Repro account from the account settings page.

Linking Google accounts

You can also link your Repro account registered with your Email address with your Google account later.

1. Open the Account Settings page and press the "Link to Google account" button.

2. If your browser is linked to more than one Google account, the Google account selection screen will appear.

3. Linking with the selected Google account will be completed.

4. If you get an error message and cannot complete the link with your Google account, please contact our support.

Note

When you create a Repro account and link it to your Google account, you can login to the Repro management screen in the following two ways.

• Email address and password for Repro account

• Google account

If you would like to allow users to log in only with their Google account, please contact Repro Support and we will take steps to prevent users from logging in with their Repro account email/password.

Checking the status of Google account integration settings

You can check the status of your Google integration settings from the Invite Collaborators page. Users who have enabled Google integration will see an icon in the security column.

FAQ

Can I force project members to use Google login?

Currently, we do not provide the ability to force members to sign in to Google. You can check the status of your members' Google integration settings from the Settings > Invite Collaborators page.

Can I log in to the Repro management screen using a service other than Google?

Currently, we do not provide the ability to log into the Repro admin panel with any service other than Google.

When I try to create an account with my Google account or link my Repro account with my Google account, I get the message "Account is already used".

This message is displayed when the Google account you specified is already linked to another Repro account. If you are not aware of this, please contact your support representative.
