Email warmup¶
When starting email campaigns with Repro, you need to perform email warmup. Sudden large-volume sending can result in your mail being treated as spam or in delivery delays. Starting with a small volume and gradually increasing it until you reach your target volume (warmup) helps avoid being treated as spam or experiencing delivery delays.
Note
Even if you have already send regularly with another tool, warmup is required when sending email through Repro for the first time.
Note
If you use multiple sending domains, perform warmup for each sending domain.
How to perform warmup¶
Create a delivery plan before starting warmup. Send according to the schedule in your warmup plan.
Warmup plan¶
We recommend starting with around 1,000 sends and gradually increasing the volume each day until you reach your maximum volume.
The following is an example. Adjust according to your expected sending volume.

After warmup¶
After completing warmup, continue sending email at least once every one to two weeks. If you do not send for a long period, your sending may be treated as inactive. If you have not sent for about a month, we strongly recommend performing warmup again.
