Export CSV¶

You can export the result data as a CSV file from the dashboard page, all analytics pages and campaign measurement pages.

Note

  • The percentage values on the screen will be represented as floating-point numbers. ex) 30% -> 0.3

Dashboard Result¶

You can export the following data by clicking the arrow button at the top right of each chart in the dashboard.

  • Active Users

  • Retention Rate

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Date: The date that represents the value (for weekly and monthly results the first date of the week/month is set)

  • All Users: The value for All Users of the metric

  • New Users: The value for New Users of the metric

Note

The exported data has the below periods.
  • day: 14 days until the latest aggregated result

  • week: 8 weeks until the latest aggregated result

  • month: 12 months until the latest aggregated result

Retention Analysis Result¶

You can export daily/weekly/monthly data as the following by clicking the arrow button at the top right of Retention analysis page.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Date: The base date to calculate retention rate

  • Recurring Period: Period of time since Date

  • Retention Rate: The retention rate from date after Recurring Period

  • Users: Numbers of returning users

Access Analysis Result¶

You can export daily/weekly/monthly data as the following by clicking the arrow button at the top right of Access analysis page. Please note that the exported data contain result of all the activated events you can see from SETTINGS > EVENT SETTINGS.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Date: The date that represents the value (for weekly and monthly results the first date of the week/month is set)

  • Event Name: Name of the event

  • Value: The value of the occurrence of the Event Name. The value vary between numbers of all users, new users or total occurrence.

KPI Analysis Result¶

You can export daily/weekly/monthly data as the following by clicking the arrow button at the top right of KPI analysis page.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Date: The date that represents the value (for weekly and monthly results the first date of the week/month is set)

  • Event Name(num): Number of users who performed Event Name(num)

Funnel Analysis Result¶

You can export daily/weekly/monthly data as the following by clicking the arrow button at the top right of Funnel analysis page.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Date: The date that represents the value (for weekly and monthly results the first date of the week/month is set)

  • Event Name: Number of users who performed Event Name

Push Notification Result¶

You can export the following data on push notification result page by clicking the arrow button at the top-right. variant column will be added when A/B testing feature is turned on. The CSV file contains the data from the date the push notification was first delivered to the latest result aggregated.

For more details on column definition which are included in push notification delivery results, please see the following Delivery Result.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Variant: Variant(A/B testing only)

  • Date: The day of measurement

  • Deliveries: Number of users the push notification was delivered to

  • Opens: Total number of users who opened the push notification

  • Direct Opens: Number of users who have activated directly from the push notification

  • Influenced Opens: Number of users who have activated the app within 24 hours from the delivery of the notification

  • Open Ratio: Number of opens divided by deliveries

  • Conversion Numbers: number of users who activated the event that was set as the goal, within one hour of opening the app via the push notification.(assuming a campaign goal is set)

  • Conversion Ratio: Conversion numbers divided by number of deliveries(assuming a campaign goal is set)

In-App Message Result¶

You can export the following data on In-App message result page by clicking the arrow button at the top-right. variant column will be added when A/B testing feature is turned on. The CSV file contains the data from the date the In-App message was first delivered to the latest result aggregated.

  • Variant: Variant(A/B testing only)

  • Users-Button 1 Clicks: Number of users the Button 1 clicked (only when Button 1 is set)

  • Users-Button 2 Clicks: Number of users the Button 2 clicked (only when Button 2 is set)

  • Users-Conversions: Number of users that triggered the "Conversion" event within the past 24 hours (assuming a campaign goal is set)

  • Users-Conversion Ratio: Users-Conversions numbers divided by number of Users-Impressions(assuming a campaign goal is set)

  • Occurrences-Impressions: Total number the message was viewed

  • Occurrences-Button 1 Clicks: Total number the Button 1 was clicked (only when Button 1 is set)

You can export the following data on Remote Config result page by clicking the arrow button at the top-right. variant column will be added when A/B testing feature is turned on. The CSV file contains the data from the date the Remote Config was first delivered to the latest result aggregated.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Variant: Variant(A/B testing only)

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Variant: Variant(A/B testing only)

  • Date: The day of measurement

  • Deliveries: Number of users the push notification was delivered to

  • Opens: Total number of users who opened the push notification

  • Direct Opens: Number of users who have activated directly from the push notification

  • Influenced Opens: Number of users who have activated the app within 24 hours from the delivery of the notification

  • Open Ratio: Number of opens divided by deliveries

  • Conversion Numbers: number of users who activated the event that was set as the goal, within one hour of opening the app via the push notification.(assuming a campaign goal is set)

  • Conversion Ratio: Conversion numbers divided by number of deliveries(assuming a campaign goal is set)

Web Push Notification Results¶

You can export the following data on Web Push Notification result page by clicking the arrow button at the top-right. The CSV file contains the data from the date the Web push notification was first delivered to the latest result aggregated.

Column definitions in the CSV file

  • Date: The day of measurement

  • Deliveries: Number of users to whom notifications were delivered

  • Opens: Total number of users who opened the push notification

  • Direct Opens: Number of users who clicked directly on the notification (Number of unique users of Presses + First Button Presses + Second Button Presses )

  • Influenced Opens: Number of users who have activated the app within 24 hours from the delivery of the notification

  • Presses: Number of users who pressed the notification

  • First Button Presses: Number of users who pressed first button of the notification

  • Second Button Presses: Number of users who pressed second button of the notification

  • Open Ratio: Number of opens divided by deliveries

  • Conversion Numbers: number of users who performed the event that was set as the goal within one hour of opening the app via the Web Push Notification.

  • Conversion Ratio: Numbers of conversions divided by number of deliveries
